Product Introduction

Long welding neck flange, also known as long neck butt welding flange, is one of the flange connection forms commonly used to connect pipes, valves and equipment. 2.Size Range: Pipe sizes from 1/2″ (15mm) to over 24″ (600mm).
3.Pressure level: Usually covers 150#, 300#, 600#, 900#, 1500# and 2500# and other pressure levels.
4.Field: Mainly used in engineering projects in the United States and related regions.

DIN EN 1092-1:
1.Standard name: DIN EN 1092-1 – Flanges and their joints – Circular flanges for pipes, valves, fittings and accessories, PN designated
2.Size range: Nominal diameter sizes from DN15 (15mm) to DN1200 (1200mm).
3.Pressure level: Usually covers PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, PN63, PN100 and other pressure levels.
4.Field: Mainly used in engineering projects in Europe and related regions.

Among them, the size includes the diameter of the flange, the number and diameter of bolt holes, etc.
